Theresa Mijumbi

A gender justice advocate and programme management expert with over 10 years of experience. With a background in Research and Economics, she has designed and led development and humanitarian programmes across Uganda. Theresa has managed budgets and donor relationships and co-authored research that continues to inform programme design. At EML, she brings a data-driven, people-first approach to shaping programmes and policies that make a lasting impact, both within and beyond Uganda.
